1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website esim.lv (the “Site”). esim.lv provides information, comparisons, and access to prepaid eSIM products.
Important: When you purchase an eSIM via esim.lv, the checkout process is powered by Esimatic Limited (“Esimatic”). The purchase contract, payment, delivery, and refund policies are governed by the Esimatic Terms and Conditions. By clicking “Buy Now” and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Esimatic Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, available at:

If you do not agree, you must not complete a purchase.
The Site is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
2. Description of Services
esim.lv provides:
- General information about eSIM technology and travel connectivity.
- Marketing and guidance for prepaid eSIM plans.
- A referral to Esimatic Limited for checkout and contract fulfillment.
Esimatic Limited is solely responsible for providing the purchased eSIM service, handling payments, activation, delivery, and any after-sales support.
3. Customer Responsibilities
When using esim.lv, you agree not to misuse the Site or engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities. For all purchases, you are responsible for ensuring that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. Compatibility checks are provided before checkout.
4. Charges and Payment
All charges, payment conditions, and accepted payment methods are determined and processed by Esimatic Limited, via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Currency and VAT handling are as per Esimatic’s Terms. esim.lv does not process or store payment data.
5. Delivery
Upon completing a purchase, your eSIM will be delivered instantly via Esimatic and confirmed by email. esim.lv itself does not deliver or manage purchased eSIMs.
6. Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy
Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are handled exclusively under the Esimatic Terms of Service. Please review Section 6 of Esimatic’s Terms before purchase. esim.lv does not provide direct refunds.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, esim.lv is not liable for the purchase, use, or performance of eSIMs. All contractual obligations rest with Esimatic Limited. esim.lv disclaims liability for service interruptions, payment disputes, or technical failures related to the purchased eSIM.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on esim.lv, including texts, graphics, and branding, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without prior written consent.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms (relating to the use of the esim.lv website) are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes regarding website use shall be subject to Latvian courts.
For disputes relating to the eSIM purchase and service contract, the governing law is as specified in the Esimatic Terms and Conditions.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms cover your use of the esim.lv website. They do not replace or override the Esimatic Terms and Conditions, which apply to all eSIM purchases.
